How to Secure Your Seat.
Admission to our B.Pharm and D.Pharm programmes is governed strictly by the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) conducted by the Maharashtra State CET Cell and DTE.
The Centralised Admission Process (CAP)
Whether you are applying for the B.Pharm degree (via MHT-CET/NEET) or the D.Pharm diploma (via 12th Std merit), all students must navigate the official CAP rounds. Here is how the process works.
Online Registration
Visit the official State CET Cell website (cetcell.mahacet.org). Create your account, fill in your personal, academic, and category details, and pay the required CAP registration fee.
Document Verification (e-Scrutiny)
Upload high-quality scanned copies of all required documents (Marksheets, Scorecards, Domicile, Caste certificates). Authorities will verify these online. You must resolve any discrepancies within the allotted timeframe.
Merit List Publication
Once verification is complete, the CET Cell will publish a Provisional Merit List, followed by a grievance period, and then the Final Merit List. Your merit rank is crucial for seat allocation.
Option Form (Choice Filling)
During the designated CAP round dates, log in and fill out your Option Form. You must list your preferred colleges in order of priority. Ensure you select Spectrum College of Pharmacy as a top preference.
Seat Allotment & Acceptance
If you are allotted a seat at Spectrum Pharmacy, you must log in to the portal and "Accept" the seat (by choosing freeze or float) and pay the nominal seat acceptance fee online.
Reporting to the College
Finally, visit Spectrum College of Pharmacy in Vasai before the deadline. Bring your CAP Allotment Letter, original documents, and the required college tuition fees to confirm your admission.
