Fee Structure & Guidelines

Transparent fee schedules, secure payment options, and financial assistance guidance for our B.Pharm and D.Pharm programmes.

Fee Structure Overview

Academic Year 2026-27

B.Pharm & D.Pharm

FRA Approved

Spectrum College of Pharmacy operates with a strictly transparent fee structure. All fees for our professional pharmacy programmes are determined and approved by the Fee Regulating Authority (FRA), Government of Maharashtra.

The typical annual fee structure comprises the following components:

  • Tuition Fee
    As approved by FRA
  • Development Fee
    As approved by FRA
  • University / Board Exam Fees
    As per University/MSBTE norms
  • Caution Money Deposit
    Refundable (One-time)

View Exact Fees

Since the FRA periodically revises the fee structure, candidates are requested to check the exact, current fee amount applicable to their specific admission category (Open, Reserved, Institute Quota) at the college accounts desk during the CAP reporting process.

Payment Methods

Secure and convenient options

To secure admission within the strict DTE deadlines, we offer multiple authorized modes for fee payment. Cash payments for tuition fees are strictly not accepted.

Demand Draft (DD)

DD should be drawn in favor of "Spectrum College of Pharmacy" payable at Vasai. This is the preferred method for CAP round reporting.

NEFT / RTGS

Direct bank transfers are accepted. Account details and IFSC codes can be collected directly from the college accounts office.

Online Payment Gateway

For subsequent semesters or specific fee heads, students may pay securely via Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI through the official college portal link provided upon admission.

Policies & Guidelines

Rules regarding fee payment & refunds

  • Timely Payment (CAP Rounds)

During the DTE CAP rounds, fees must be paid precisely within the 2-3 day window allotted by the CET Cell. Failure to pay before the deadline will automatically forfeit the allotted seat.

  • Refund Policy

Refund of fees for cancellation of admission is strictly governed by the rules formulated by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra. Processing fees are deducted as per norms if canceled before the cutoff date.

  • Fee Revision Clause

If the Fee Regulating Authority (FRA) revises the fee structure upwards during the academic year, students are liable to pay the difference amount to the college.
